Trying out the Moving Time-Lapse function of the new Zhiyun Smooth 4 gimbal. This video was shot with a beta version of the gimbal and also beta version of the latest Zhiyun ZY play app software.
The Moving Time-Lapse function is well worth a try with the Zhiyun Smooth 4. It allows you to set multiple focus points to move to during the video capture. Say that your on a beach and want to catch a scene. Set the first focus point to your feet in the sand, the second point to people in the ocean swimming, then the third point to the pier down the beach. Once you start the Moving Time-Lapse capture the Smooth 4 will slowly and smoothly pan to all those locations and automatically build your sped up time-lapse in a condensed video.
The Zhiyun Smooth 4 Gimbal was set at 0.5 time interval and at 5 minute duration to produce a 20 second clip at 1080p. The SmartPhone used to film the video was a Samsung Note 4.
