The Smooth 4 is Zhiyun’s latest addition to their Smooth series of gimbals. They are gimbals built for use with mobile phones including iPhone and Android. The Smooth 4 is a jump up from previous models like the Smooth 3 and Smooth Q. It includes new features like a follow focus knob previously only available on top end models. A more professional and fine tuning, controllable hand wheel is built in the Smooth 4, giving you the upgraded experience of smooth operations. This will allow you to zoom in or out as you want to make close-up scenes. When pressing the FN switch button, the hand wheel is launched into a focus puller, helping you get better precision focus changes in real time to create better films.

Timelapse – The action in a scene is sped-up and the camera is either static or moving very short distances.
Motionlapse – Is a technique in time-lapse photography that allows the photographer to create motion shots.
Hyperlapse – A hyperlapse is just like a timelapse, but with a broader range of motion. as in you can move the camera a long distance.
