Comparing the new DJI OSMO Mobile 3 versus the Benro 3XS Lite smartphone gimbal. When gimbal is the better buy and which features you should look at when deciding which gimbal is for you.
Two new gimbals with a folding arm design that was borrowed from the Snoppa Atom gimbal design. A few of the more important differences between the two gimbal upfront are the payload capacity and the battery run time. The DJI OSMO Mobile 3 holds 230 grams of weight and the battery lasts for 15 hours. The Benro 3XS Lite tops those numbers with a claimed 250 grams payload and a whopping 24 hours of run time.
Thanks to Tub channel Vistek for making this great gimbal comparison video.

Hi. Could you please tell the difference between 3xs, 3xs lite, and atom?
I’ve compared osmo 3 with atom, quickly (I’m a newbie). I agree the 3 is more comfortable, but I find the 360 pan of the atom a big plus. And the panorama shot too.
Both of them kind of suck in face tracking.
Do you know of any similarly portable smartphone gimbal which is remarkably faster and more reliable in face/object tracking?
I’m planning to do a vlog and I tend to move a lot and fast…
Thanks
I still find the DJI to have the best face tracking. Right now i am finding the Zhiyun Crane-M2 https://amzn.to/37B2pc1 to be the best small gimbal all round. It is on sale now and works for me better than the newer Smooth Q2 https://amzn.to/2t8oIHa
